My Coaching Philosophy

My foundation for coaching and consciously creating consists of four pillars:

1. Accountability

2. Growth

3. Passion

4. Innovation

All of them under the umbrella of creativity. Let's dive deeper into each topic:

1. Accountability - co-creating your future, with my support along the way

Nobody can do the important work for you. That's why I'm not interested in giving my advice to other creatives if they are not open to receiving it. A much more sustainable support system is to ask good questions and getting to know the other better.

I will not be your guide but rather coach who will help to create your personalized roadmap and holds you accountable. Without the assumptions, we both might actually grow together. Which brings me to the next pillar:

2. Growth - becoming more of you

What would we like to grow towards? I believe this journey is more a carving away the societal standards that guide you subconsciously until you become more and more aware of your authentic creative self. A great coach is always the objective support, providing a birds-eye view when you as the client are seeking more awareness of who you are and who you want to be.

3. Passion - being in tune with your creative self

I would describe a passionate creative as someone who is in the flow, totally present with what they are doing and living joyfully in the now. Thus, you become detached from any future outcome of what you're currently creating. You feel you are exactly where you're supposed to be. When was the last time you felt so passionate about your creative work that you were fully present?

4. Innovation – building novel ideas that transform your thinking into actionable solutions

As a creativity coach I help creative professionals become unstuck because I truly believe that our modern world needs more creatives, and they need to be creative for longer so they can create more Innovation. Innovative ideas stem from an adaptation of the deepest source, the creative's subconscious itself, to creative novel solutions to the worlds most pressing problems.
